I've cleared most of the rooms now, and I have a small key. I have yet to:

Reach the Third Floor,

Reach the middle room, and the right column of the Second Floor,

Reach the Midboss room and the item he's obviously keeping (and the rooms north and east of that item's room) on the First Floor,

And obviously, I have not reached the Boss Room and the rooms north and south of it in the Basement.

There's also two chests I can't reach: One is on the first floor, on the top-right door of the entrance room, and one is in the Basement, two doors north of the Boss Room.

The above is a screencap of every floor of my map. ANY help would be appreciated. I investigated every nook and cranny I could think of, but since every room in the dungeon is split in half, it's almost useless as far as pathfinding is concerned.

You should be able to reach the room on the 1F, on the middle of the top edge (by the left).

That should allow you to continue this dungeon.

Alright, I'm on the boss now.

How do I kill him after a few throws? I get that you got to pick up the rocks and throw them at him, but he speeds up way too fast and shoots way too many damn fireballs after just three or four hits, and Link is just too goddamned slow, and hitting the fireballs away with the sword doesn't help because he fires so many that he's shooting some more once he's done with one round.

You have to throw rocks, it's the only way to beat him. If it's too difficult you can buy red potions or increase your defense with power gems, or come back later when you will have more hearts.

No way to slow him down, or anything, eh? Seems pretty cheap. Any tips on how to avoid the fireballs while carrying a rock? Because that's my main problem.

No, you have to beat him with this speed, no way to slow him, sorry.

If you run with Shift you may be able to dodge each fireballs and to throw rock between two shots.
