Alright, now we come to the fantastic fun part of collecting the seven crystals! Hurray!
So I got all three the Ocarina songs, first of all, and I've spoken with the Knights and the Wisemen. I couldn't get through the first room of the Present Pyramid, so I decided to look in the past.
I have found the Temples of Earth and Air, and cleared parts of them, but not much. I also found a Magic Crystal in the cave inbetween Kakario Town and the Leader Wisemen's/Link's House. So...I've got little direction here, otherwise. Where should I go for the next Crystal? OR should I go somewhere else first?

You should try finishing those temples first, cuz after that you get some itens that will help you finding the crystals =)

Well, I stopped because I couldn't complete them, or atleast couldn't figure out how. I got the map for the Temple of Earth, should I do that one first? And if so, any advice on how to get farther?

As i remember, you can complete the temple of earth. But i can't give any clue(i completed this temple a long time ago, about 5 hours and don't remember

You can complete too the pyramid in the past and in the present.
And later, when you get one item in one of those temples, you can open the temple of fire and complete.
The temple of air has a very difficult boss that i couldn't afford to kill, so forget it.
Now i'm completing the temple of water, and then i will try to kill the boss of temple of air. I think i need the item of temple of water to kill it.

Bumping this since I'm stuck with these little beggars.
So far I've found the first crystal(hidden in the Graveyard), the third crystal(hidden in the cave near Link's House), the fifth(hidden in the middle of the Lost Woods) and the sixth(hidden in the Rocky Mountains). I'm guessing most of the crystals I've missed involve blowing open cave entrances in the Past in places were there are caverns in the Present/leaping back and forth through time, so general areas where I should look should be enough.
