Navi lv.3...

hello, I have been playing NSQ for a while, i have already beaten the other 3 games at 100%, but I am not sure where do i get navi lv3, i already beated the fire temple (and got destroyed by fire breathing lions and pigs with stick while climbing the mountain.....) i spoked with the fairy in fairy fountain near the swamp and she toll me that she would increase navis power after she became more powerful, i already obtain the fairy bow, fairy sword (LV2 sword) and the titan gloves, i also have all of navis spells (heal and defense) at lv2, i have talked to the desert fairy so she could increase navis power again, but she says she already did everything she could to help me....does anyone know how can i upgrade navi to level 3?

you're supposed to bomb a wall near the exit of shell village....the exit where you need the boomerang to flip the switch......
