Alright, stuck again. Got to Din's Temple, and explored every room I could. Can't find any Map, Compass, Keys, or anything like that. Also, can I do anything with that big butterfly drawn in the sand of the desert, or is it just there to look cool?
Okay, I found the Map, but the walls crush me every time. I can't progress any further, after having found one bomb-exposed secret door. Is there a way to avoid dying in the map room, and if so, am I supposed to use that to advance somehow?
Yes, there is a way to avoid being crashed by the walls, and yes, that's what you have to do now. You can use the map to see it or find by yourself. (Or ask me again, but I'm sure you can find. ^^)
And the butterfly is not a butterfly but a bird. ^^
And yes, you have to do something with it, but you will find that out only if you are nice enough with the desert big fairy >.>.
Stuck AGAIN! XD okay, now I managed to explore a lot more of the temple. For example, almost got all of the first floor. How do I get into the top middle, and top right, rooms?
Wow! This game is really huge. Unbelievable for a freeware game. The Haunted Mansion and the Zelda Temple puzzles were really state of the art... I really enjoyed solving them. Din Temple (the Pyramid) was a little headache but... I think I solved most of it.
After exploring the temple for hours, I found that every room is accessible from the inside, but the SouthWest chest room at the basement isn't. There is a Star shaped switch at NorthEast which turns marked floors to gaps and most of the gaps to marked floor. This lets you reach every chamber. But there is another "Two Stars" shaped switch placed on the way to that SW chestroom. Which you cannot pass with out activating it, and once it gets activated, it turns the marked floors to their previous states which makes that chestroom inaccessible again. But with a careful investigation on the map, I found out that the mentioned room is accessible by the other entrance to the temple. Which is at the top of the Pyramid. The only logical way to reach that entrance is to "fly" there somehow.
So the big bird engraving at the desert makes sense to me... I belive it will fly Link to the pyramids secondary entrance. I couldn't achieve that yet, but I believe it will be that way...
Did you guys talk to the old man in the house at the entry of the desert ?
He asked you to bring him the pyramid's treasur didn't he ?
This treasure is not an object you will find at the end after the boss. He was talking about the weapon you get in the middle of the pyramid. So if you've found it leave the pyramid and go talk to that guy. He will help you "flying" ^^.
I'm stuck at this temple myself and was actually wondering if you can SAVE at any time...? It didn't save when I beat the last temple, didn't even ask me.
Hi again,
Do I have to finish or partly finish the Din Temple before beating the tiger (boss) of the Special temple? He seems unbeatable, I allways die very quickly, and even the red potion does not help.
OK. The Special temple is not my greatest problem. I can not finish the Din temple. I have been in all the rooms exept the ones accessible from the top, the Boss room, and the one on the the SW and the chest room under it. I have spent days trying to figure this out, but without any success. How do I get to the SW chamber? Can I get to the center of the temple without opening the Boss door (beacause it looks like it is under it)? Please help me I am getting a bit frustrated:(
Thanx in advance
Hmmm do you have the Fire Rod ? If so, you have to go out of the dungeon, and go to see the old man in the house at the entry of the desert, he told you to bring him the pyramid's treasure.
