Temple of Water blocks puzzle

I suck at these kinds of puzzles and can't figure out this one:

what you want to do, is

push the 5 block down, right, up, left
push the top 3 block right, down, left
push the 1 block that used to be a 5 block right
push remaining 3 block up, left, down

credit to a french poster "disparado" on the french forums, i found his guide and translated it, then re-wrote it

Do you think you could upload your translated guide? I'm sure that I'm going to have problems later on in the game, so the guide would really help out.

I only translated that portion of the guide, if you have any problems with the game you could always ask me, i may end up translating his whole guide im not sure yet, i would have to try to get his permission
