Stuck in Ganon World

Hello everyone,
Aside from the freezing that occurs I have been enjoying the heck out of this game. However, i am currently stuck in the ganon world future and i need some help.
I have acquired the moon stone or whatever it is called and reverted back to human form (link) and i need to find a pepper to get a bomb bag but i cannot find it anywhere. Secondly, i have acquired a song from the temple of time but i have no ocarina. Where can i find these two items? Please help, Thanks.
