Okay, I found out who to give the Map too. I ended up getting the Ice Arrows. (Could have been more useful if I got it before the Temple of Water...) Now I do not know who to give the Marmelade Pot to. Also, still stuck on the spoon....

The spoon needs to be traded to the guy in the prison, for which you need to trade the guard the letter, which you get by giving the jewel to the girl in Past Kakariko Village, which you do after trading the horseshoe to the unlucky guy in Present Castle Town and then talking to his descendant in Future Castle Town, and you get the horseshoe by trading either the anvil or the gold dust to the smith.

Afterwards, you take the skull the prisoner gives you to the opera man in Past Lost Woods, and then show him the IOU in Present Lost Woods, whereafter you trade the saw to the bridge builder near the Temple of Time for the Light Arrows.

In return, can anyone tell me where I can get rid of the Map, the Blue Gemstone and the Wedding Ring?

For the map : in the present, the old woman in the central town.

The blue gemstone is for a man in town on the down-right corner of the map, in the present.

And the wedding ring is in the same village, but in the past.

I beat the Temple of Air and whom to give the Green Stone to?

Nail is for the man near the temple of time in the futur.

Green stone is for Tingle, in present, at the top right corner of the map.

Who wants the Hammer? Which you find in a chest in a basement in Mabe Village.
