Frosty Rock

Alright, so I've been to Kakario village and the mines, and I need to pay off the mine-worker's debt by getting a Frosty Rock. How do I find one? Also, where can I get a Magma Rock, since I want that Heart Piece. ^_^

Also, when am I going to be able to sell these Power Gems? I've been collecting a bunch, but the guy in the shop keeps telling me to come back later.

You need to talk to the mine-worker and he will explain you what you have to do.

After that you can talk to the guy in the shop to give him 30 power gems and receive the frosty rock.

You can't find a magma rock for now.
