Stuck in Mine

Hello,

I completed the first 2 temples. I was exploring the mine and I'm completely trapped and I see no way of fixing this. This might be a glitch in the game.

I went through the mine entrance, then up to the switch. I turned it on. While going back down, I entered the mine cart room from the right. I took the mine cart from the right side to the left side of the screen and started walking. I then fell into the lava. The game restarted me on the right hand side of the screen however, the mine cart is on the left hand side. There is now no possible way for me to escape. I do not have any items that can break the stones on the stairway down on the outside screen.

I even quit the game, and restarted and it's still the same problem. I'M TRAPPED!!!!

Is there any way to resolve this? I've already put 10 hrs into the game and I really don't want to start over.

Windows, you click on disc c and programs files, then zelda 3T data and save.
For Mac I don't know

Found it, it's actually in APPDATA/Local/Virtual Store/Program Files (x86)/Zelda 3T

For me your save is ok. For me you have not seen the old man in the village south of the cave.

Edit:I advise you to copy the save that I sent you and remove 3T then download the latest version.

Thanks for the prompt response, Disparado. Did you load and try to play my save I sent you? I can't get back down to the village. The cart is on the other side of the room. It's impossible for me to get back down.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version and then tried loading the save you sent me back and it appears to have the same problem.
