Casino Help?

So. I have the issue where my computer appparently isn't fast enough to run Link through the Casino's Great Race. Yet I can run various high quality mmos..?

I don't suppose anyone could post a save that is after this point? ; -; I've done everything else in the game and this is very dissapointing!

Its a windows 8 PC. I thought it was strange that the save folder was empty.
Does it save somewhere else? o-o

Click Local Disk C,programs files, 3T and data.

I checked my program files but that folder doesn't exist. o-o
What file extention do the saves use? I'll try searching for that!
