I found the solution myself and completed the game with 100%

I have all the medaillons and completed the secret temple. I know where the cave with the 7 colored candles is located. But how do you activate the warps?

Or am I missing something else?

Can anyone point me out where to find the pegasus boots and the third song (red note)?
I'm pretty sure I've seen the pegasus boots somewhere but I can't remember where.
What's the use of the red note?
