If you have just found all 7 crystals then you must go to the area north of the central town in the past. (The place where the castle is in the other times)

The Ice Tower is a dungeon for the second quest. For it to open,you must do the most irritating task of the game,find all 200 power gems-.-

There is definetely one around the graveyard. Search better!

I remember finding another one in the desert mountains. You needed to change through times to reach it.Top-top right part of the area I think. Those pics won't actually be of much help (except maybe for Vincent ). Maybe you could show a bit more,such as how many keys you have and places you can't reach etc (not in the map.in the actual game!)

Actually,that happens to be the swimming Zora... I mean the same monster as the one right of the empty spot,but while it's swimming.It obviously is considered to be a different monster.
