3DS Homebrew

There are currently three public methods of homebrew on the 3DS along with a reported 100,000 unique downloads of the most recent method to date. I was wondering if it'd be possible to one day get Z3T (or any of the other games, but specifically Z3T) on homebrew one day like you've done for the games for the PSP in the past?

If this is impossible, then perhaps future Zelda fangames you make can be made with 3DS Homebrew compatibility in mind?
