Help on Phantom Pyramid

I am confused about what to do in Phantom Pyramid. In BIF, I have not been in except top-middle four rooms, and there is a treasure chest below the top-right room. In 1F, I have not been in the middle two rooms, and there is a treasure chest just below the top room. In 2F, I have not been in the bottom left/middle and middle rooms. If someone can tell me what to do, that would be great. If you are confused about my explanations, then does someone know how to save screenshots in that game? Thank you.
