Ok, i need to find a level 2 sword, do any of you know where I can find one before the Monsters' Colosseum?

The second sword will be later in the game. You have to do the Monsters' Colosseum with the first sword.

How do you get the lvl 2 sword? can i get it if im at zelda temple?

No, you can't. You will find the second sword just after the Zelda temple
