Zelda - Return of the Hylian for the Sony PSP

I have available an early port of the Zelda ROTH game for Sony PSP's that have been modified to run homebrew. If you didn't install any custom firmware to run homebrew then your out of luck. Would it be possible to port it for the GBA? Like as a ROM perhaps? Or maybe for the DS (the new 3DS should run DS homebrew... right? I really hope so, since I'm going to get one when they come out! ) Here's my suggestions for controls:
GBA:
A - Use item
B - Swing sword
R - Interact/Lift stuff/hold to run
L - Monster logbook
Start - Open menu
Select - Open map

DS:
A - Interact
B - Swing sword
Y - Use item
X - Open menu
R - Lift stuff
L - Hold to run
Start - Open map
Select - Monster logbook

If changing the controls is not possible, here's my keyboard equal suggestions:
GBA:
B = Z
A = X
R = C/Shift
L = M
Start = Enter
Select = Space

DS:
B = Z
Y = X
A = C
X = Enter
R = C
L = Shift
Start = P
Select = M

Also for OLB and 3T too please if it's possible. My suggestion for OLB's teleport is L (monster logbook), or maybe holding down two buttons at the same time, say L and R? If there's any other unique controls for 3T, please post so I can input my suggestion.
