STORY

According to the legend, whoever touching the Triforce would see his wishes granted. This object was resting in the hidden Golden Land; a lot of adventurers looked for it… in vain. One day, maybe by chance, using black magic, a thief named Ganondorf opened a way from the peaceful kingdom of Hyrule to the Golden Land and there, found the Triforce. Become powerful thanks to it, Ganondorf, developed into Ganon, set about conquering Hyrule. Knights of Hyrule, protector of peace and faithful to King of Hyrule, tried to stop Ganon, But alas, they was not able to face up to Triforce power. Whereas all hope seemed to be lost and Ganon thought he get the victory, King called 7 wise men and asked them to forge a weapon able to defeat the devil. Wise men forged the Sword of Evils Bane, Master Sword, who allowed the Knights of Hyrule to eventually repelled Ganon. So then King asked to wise men to seal the way to the Golden Land, in such a way that Ganon never would be able to escape. Ages later, when remembers get only legends, a wizard named Aghanim became known using magic to help Hyrulian
people. Quickly he was posted king counselor. But he had darker projects. He used his magic to control castle’s guardians, and then he made them kidnap the 7 wise men’s descendant in order to seal their power into 7 crystals to get Ganon free. He succeeded, but what he didn’t foresee, is that the last descendant of Hylian knights, Link, alerted by a telepathic called of Princess Zelda, and armed with legendary Master Sword, would triumph over Ganon and get the Triforce back. With the Triforce, Link restored peace in Hyrule and upraised the wise men’s descendant. Then he handed the Triforce and the Master Sword over to princess Zelda. Alas, Link’s wish to the Triforce also upraised Ganon. And while Link is quietly asleep in his home deep in the Hyrule forest, Ganon and his henchmen get into the castle…

WALKTHROUGH

Link’s House
Items: Shield

When Zelda is through talking, go over to the chest and open it for a shield. Exit.

Forest
Items: Sword

From your house, go down the steps and turn left at the intersection. Go past the enemy, turn right, and go through the log (avoiding the enemies). Grab the sword. Defeat the enemies if you want to, then head back to the first intersection in front of Link’s House. Go to the right, cut down the grass, and head up into the Forest Temple (defeating/avoiding enemies as you go).

Level 1: Forest Temple
Items: Power Gloves, Magic Crystal #1

From the entrance, turn right. Kill the Keese, and open the chest for the Map. Go into the east door, kill the Keese, and open the chest for a key. Exit and go through the northeast door. Unlock the southeastern door and go in. Defeat the enemies if you want, and then open the chest for the Compass. Exit and follow the red floor north. Go into the door there, go left, and open the chest for a key. Now go back to the entrance. Pick up the skull and throw it, enter the west door, then the north, and go up the stairs. Enter the east door and go up. Lift and throw the skull, and enter the door. Open the chest for the Boss Key. Go all the way back to the entrance (or Save & Quit and reload your file). Enter the northeastern door and follow the red floor to the north wall. Go left at the last intersection, then down. Toss the skulls aside and go down the stairs. Enter the north door and get ready to fight the boss. To defeat it, go up and keep slashing it until your health drops to one heart. Then pick up a skull, grab the heart, and throw the skull at the boss. Repeat for the other stones and the boss should be finished. If not, then you might have to try again. Once the boss is finished, it will drop Magic Crystal #1. Grab it and exit the temple.

Forest
Heart Pieces: #1

Go down and left. Keep going left until you hit the tree line. Go up, defeat the enemy, cut the grass, turn right, and grab Heart Piece #1. Backtrack to the rocks, lift and throw one, and exit the forest.

TUTORIAL
Items: Shield

Once the storyline finishes and you can control Link, go through the bottom door. Use C to lift the pots and continue on. Open the chest for a shield. Exit the cave.

FORBIDDEN FOREST PART ONE

You'll meet Pit (otherwise known as Kid Icarus) outside. After you finish talking with him, go to the right and enter his house. Talk to him, and when he finishes, exit the house. Now, go down the steps and southwest until you find an opening in the trees. Go through and then through the log. Go down another set of stairs, and go right and up yet another set up stairs. Go to the right and down another set of stairs (a lot of stairs here), then go to the right and up the final set of stairs. Finally, go into the Faron Temple.

LEVEL 1: FARON TEMPLE
Items: Sword, Graal #1

Go through the east door and open the chest in there for a key. Exit, unlock the west door, and go through. Open the chest for the map, and continue left. Go down the stairs and through the east door. Go all the way to the right and through the door there. Open the chest for a key. Go back to the room with the stairs and unlock the north door. Go through and up the stairs. Press the switch to open the south door, and then go through the east door. Go up, right, and down the stairs. Go southeast and through the corridors (try to avoid the spikes). Once you reach a spiky square trapped between two skulls, pick up the skulls and throw them, then go past it. Go down the stairs and through the door. Now it gets tricky. You have to pick up the skulls on this side of the room and take them across the room, past the spiky squares, and throw them at the enemies. Here's the way to do it. Grab a skull and wait on the south wall, as close as you can get to the first spiky square without it damaging you. Once it moves after bouncing off the wall, run through. Use this same technique to get another skull, and then kill the other enemy, which opens the door (Note: This technique doesn't work when trying to get back across. Just run through even if you get hit. The invisibility should last long enough for you to get back across). After the door opens, go through and then go through the other door. Use the skulls to kill the skeleton, then go through the newly opened door. Go up the stairs and through the door. Go left and then through the north door. Use to kill the enemy and open up the west door. Go through and open the chest for a key. Press the switch to open the south door and go through. Unlock the west door. Now this is tricky too. You have to get the bats close enough together so that you can throw one skull and kill both (Using the metaphor "Kill two birds with one stone" literally! Lol!). When you defeat the bats, go through the newly opened door and down the stairs. Go through the east door and open the chest for a sword. Now you're in business! Exit and go through the south door. Kill the skeleton and head through the newly opened door. Go back to the entrance of the temple (the easy way is to Save & Quit, then load your game). Once at the entrance, head through the east door and kill the enemy. Head through the east door and down the stairs. Then, go through the north door and head upward, killing enemies as you go. Head through the open door and open the chest for a key. Exit and unlock the west door and go through. Open the chest for the Big Key. Go back to the entrance and head through the doors in this order: West, North, East. Make your way to the far east door, but don't go in just yet. Take the south path and open the door there. Now if you die, you can go through the north door from the entrance and be right here! Now enter the far east door. Open the chest for the compass, collect hearts from the skulls, unlock the north door, and get ready to fight the boss. Hit the switch to make a skull appear and throw it over the railing and at the boss. Repeat until the plants in front of it disappear, then strike it with your sword and it's history! Once it's dead, head through the north door and collect the graal. Exit the temple.

FORBIDDEN FOREST PART TWO

Head back to Pit's house (it'll be loads easier to handle the enemies since you have a sword) and show him the graal. He'll let you exit the forest. Exit his house, go down the stairs, and to the right. Cut down the grass and head north out of the forest.

EAST TERMINA FIELD
Items: Monster Encyclopedia

Head through the log, up, and left. Keep going left until you find some stairs. Climb them and talk to the guy inside to get a monster logbook you can access by pressing M. Also, he will pay you for recording monsters in it. At this point he should pay you 180 Rupees, if you have defeated all the monsters you found on your way here. Exit, go down the stairs, and continue left. Head down the stairs just past the bridge and go left and then up. Go up the stairs and turn right. Follow the path to the right until you see a break in the tree line. Enter.

RUTO VILLAGE
Items: Bottle

Enter, go left, up the stairs, and enter the house. Talk to the mayor. Exit, find the girl in blue and white (she's around the northeastern part of the village) and talk to her. Now head down and right. Talk to the guy guarding the mine. Now find the green bandit (he's around the northwestern part of the village) and talk to him. Now find the saloon (the long brown building near where the bandit was) and talk to the girl inside it. Also, If you talk to the boy in green that's sitting on a mat west of the saloon, you can get a bottle for 100 Rupees! Anyway, go back to the guy in front of the mine and talk to him. Go back to the saloon and talk to the girl there. Now go talk to the mayor again. Pay him 10 Rupees, then go talk to the guy in front of the mine. He'll move, allowing you to enter.

LEVEL 2: RUTO MINES
Items: Bombs
Go down the stairs and through the door. Defeat the enemy to open up the door, go through, and go up the stairs. Head through the door, lift the northwestern pot, press the switch, and go through the newly opened door. ~More coming soon~
