anyone know how to open fairy made in the sand of the desert

You need to open up the secret passage way hidden in the Navi sign.

Spoiler: Display

First pick up the lighter stones: down-right, upper-right, upper-left
and then pick up the heavier ones: down-left, when you then pick up the one in the center a hole will appear. Fall down and head north to the door in the upper-right.
In the next room use the hook to cross and head up(can't remember if you had to bomb the wall.
